  • How do I find a professional?

    Use the search on our homepage or go to Find Professionals. Enter your trade (e.g. Plumber, Electrician) and location. Browse verified profiles, read reviews, and contact pros directly.

  • How does payment work?

    SaloneFix is a directory with no payment escrow. You contact pros directly and agree on scope and price with them. Payment is arranged between you and the professional—we do not process payments or hold funds.

  • Does SaloneFix use escrow?

    No. SaloneFix does not use payment escrow. We are a directory only—you pay the pro directly. No escrow, no middleman; we connect you, and you agree on price and payment with the professional.

  • Are professionals verified?

    Yes. Pros on SaloneFix go through identity verification. Look for the verified badge on profiles. We also encourage reviews from past customers.

  • How do I book a job?

    Search for a pro, view their profile, and use the contact or request quote option. Agree on scope and price directly with the pro. Payment is arranged between you and the professional.

  • How do I join as a Pro?

    Click Sign Up and choose "I am a skilled Pro." Complete the form with your trade, company name, service area, and experience. Once approved, you can receive job requests.

  • When do I get paid?

    You are paid directly by the customer as agreed. SaloneFix does not process payments or hold funds—you and the customer arrange payment between yourselves.

  • How do I get more jobs?

    Keep your profile complete, respond quickly to requests, and collect reviews. Customers often filter by rating and response time.

  • What areas can I serve?

    You select your service area when you register. You can update your areas anytime in your Pro account settings.

  • How do I reset my password?

    On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your email or phone. We'll send you a link to reset your password.

  • How do I report an issue?

    Use Contact Us to reach our team. For disputes about a job, we have a resolution process—contact support with your booking reference.

  • Is my data secure?

    We take security seriously. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your data. SaloneFix does not process payments—you deal directly with the pro or customer.
