Verified professionals
Every professional on SaloneFix goes through identity verification. We verify names, contact details, and trade credentials where applicable so you can trust that the person you hire is who they say they are. Look for the Verified badge on profiles.
No payment escrow
SaloneFix does not hold or process payments. You pay professionals directly—by cash, mobile money, or bank transfer—after the work is done. This keeps transactions simple and transparent and avoids disputes over held funds.
Reviews and ratings
Customers can leave reviews and star ratings after a job. These help you choose a pro and help professionals build their reputation. We do not remove reviews unless they violate our guidelines (e.g. spam, abuse, or off-topic content).
Dispute resolution
If something goes wrong with a booking—quality of work, scheduling, or payment—our support team can help. Contact us via the Help Center or Contact Us page. We will work with both sides to understand the issue and suggest a fair resolution. We do not make binding decisions on payment; our role is to facilitate communication and, where possible, mediation.
Safety tips
Meet in safe, visible places when possible. Keep communication on SaloneFix until you are comfortable sharing contact details. For larger jobs, agree on scope and price in advance. If you feel unsafe or see suspicious behaviour, report it to us and, if needed, local authorities.
Reporting and enforcement
We take reports of fraud, harassment, or unsafe behaviour seriously. You can report a user or a listing through our Help Center or Contact Us page. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate our Terms of Service or pose a risk to the community.
